David’s path into bodywork stems from his commitment to his own self-healing journey. Determined to find ways to stave off anxiety and seasonal depression that were in line with his values, David dove headfirst into mindfulness meditation practice. Through this subtle yet intense mind training practice, David began getting to know himself in new ways. His perspectives began to broaden and shift, awakening in him a fire to play an active role in his lifelong healing journey involving all parts of himself; mind, body, and spirit. From very small daily habits like practicing gratitude to powerful transformational experiences including 10 day silent meditation retreats, sweat lodges, and plant medicine journeys, David is well on his path, and eager to be of service to others on theirs. David brings to the table a high level of presence and reverence for the healing process that can occur from the power of intentional caring touch. David works with clients holistically using a blend of Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, meditation, and heart-centric intuitive touch. David is also a Certified Psycho-Spiritual Integration Life Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher, and loves spending time playfully meandering through creeks, beholding the beauty of the woods.

My name is Kelsey and I am a licensed massage therapist, born and raised here in Kentucky. I attended Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville. Prior to choosing to pursue massage therapy as a full-time career, I had multiple jobs that always centered around health! One of my favorite positions I held was as the facility manager at an American Ninja Warrior Gym! I love pushing my body and trying new things. I am currently a volleyball coach for Mid-America Volleyball Association in my second year of coaching. A huge point I like to make to my players and clients is that you have to take care of your whole body! My goal is to help my clients in whatever way I can to better their daily life and abilities on and off the court! As a massage therapist, I'm able to provide different types of services such as; Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, injury-specific, sports, and pregnancy massage.
