Courtney is a Massage Therapist who focuses on injury prevention and recovery. Her goal as a therapist is to identify sources of pain and help assist your body into healing. She incorporates multiple massage techniques and modalities each session. All massages are customized to you and what you need. Courtney’s overall goal with every client is for them to leave feeling like their best.
Courtney uses the following techniques in her sessions: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Stretching. These techniques are used based on what the client prefers and what is needed to help improve muscle tension and imbalances in the body.

Courtney likes to have open discussions with clients about sources of pain as well as work and life routines. This helps her identify causes of pain and how she can help make daily activities a little easier.
Before becoming a Massage Therapist Courtney worked in administration for Orthopedic and Physical Therapy offices. She was able to see the long term benefits massage has on specific injuries. Courtney likes to educate her clients that massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Courtney’s massages are tailored to help move freely and live a life without pain.
